The Sumner Foundation was set up in 2019 to provide university grants to promising young students (either born or living in the United Kingdom) to enable them to continue with their education and achieve their full potential. 

More recently the charity has gone on to:

  • Partnership with the Georgetown University to set up an advanced research and innovation biomedical program. (USA)

  • Become involved with a project to deliver a facility to rehouse orphans and vulnerable women enabling them to start rebuilding their lives from a safe haven. (Ukraine)

  • Agricultural sustainable life skills (Bulgaria)

  • Natural Disaster Zone Search & Rescue Scholarships (Philippines)

  • University grants for underprivileged students (Philippines)

  • Agricultural sustainable life skills (Philippines)

  • Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) Nurse Support
